
Guerline L. Laurore is the founding attorney of our firm and a respected advocate known for excellence, clarity, and disciplined legal strategy. She is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States and several other distinguished courts.
She is fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole, conducts full consultations in Spanish, and has conversational proficiency in Portuguese.
After founding the firm, Ms. Laurore expanded her impact through high level roles in public service, including serving as Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at Pennie and as Director of Mediation and Policy and Intergovernmental Affairs at the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, where she led a team that secured more than 3.4 million dollars in awards for citizens.
She continues her leadership as President and CEO of the International Society for Advancing Freedom and Equal Rights and as a member of the World Affairs Council of Harrisburg Board of Directors. She was appointed by President Biden to the Pennsylvania State Advisory Committee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights.
She holds degrees in Psychology and Law and a Master in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated summa cum laude.
